Parcel shelf removal!!!!!!!!

Hi all, iv'e read similar posts on this forum, tried dropping the rear seats, pushing on all 3 plastic clips and pulling parcel shel towards me. Just won't budge, on of the plastic clips has fell out and i've even drawn blood.Any ideas on geting this out would be appreciated. Thanks.

It's ok i worked it out. Found 3 sort of plastic pop rivvets at the front of the parcel shelf (nearest the head rests).
