1999 A8 Juddering under acceleration

Hi Folks,

Having trouble with my 99 A8 - it is juddering under acceleration.

Its the 2.8 petrol auto.

Any ideas?

I note that your note was left some time ago. I too am having the same problem. Did you get to the root of your problem?

hi my 98 s8 is doing the same im on my way to my brothers garage to get it pluged in to tell me whats what? fingers crossed:(

well good news, vag com showed number 1 coil pack missfiring changed it and reset it and cat light went off and car is a rocket ship again,
