Vw Rcd300 In A 2002 Passat

Im Wondering If Anyone Can Help Me I Would Like To Fit A Rcd In My 2002 Passat Sport Estate But Dont Know If I Can!

Not sure what an RCD300 exactly is but would assume it is off a later Passat ?

If it is off a B6 Passat, then no as this is intregrated into the can-bus system which the B5.5 didn't have.

All assumed by the way, what is a RCD300 ?

hi thanks it is a cd player i am trying to upgrade my tape player and a 6 cd changer to a singe cd player so i can install a ipod kit as you cant have a changer and ipod kit as it uses the same port on head unit
