Still Smells

Hey everyone, I posted a while ago about the smell of exhaust fumes or burning oil coming into the cabin of the car through the vents when the car is at a stop. I had the valve cover and cam chain gasket replaced and it still stinks. Does anyone know what else it could be....I know the valve cover and cam chain gasket were leaking but i think they are good now. Please... any info would be greatly appreciated....

Maybe a stupid question,but did you clean the engine,after replacing the gaskets any oil left on the engine ,if not cleaned, will smell for ages

well he said he cleaned it asmuch as he coulld. what is the best way to clean it

maybe you exhaust manafold is leaking or has a crack in it? that would cause fumes to come into the cabin

have you tried driveing about for a bit then pulling over and opening the bonnet and having a look and a sniff??
