Air Flow Meter

I need a new air flow meter (Hitachi afh6010b) for 1.8 n/a a4 1998 (engine code ADR). can't afford to buy one new, so, i've found one on ebay, except the code on meter is afh6010c. can this be used by me or do i have to get one with the exact same code?

no idea about the one you've seen on ebay but i saw a new golf one on there for £135 !! there only £75 from the dealer,

or £45 from GSF if you want to lower your standards and have a remanufactured one.

I'd ring the dealer and get a price mate if you haven't already

Don`t be tempted to go for a cheap version as they do not last, better to get the original, I know they cost more but they last a lot longer.
