Mud Flaps - are they Golf plus Specific?

As in the title can anyone please tell me are VW's mud flaps Golf plus specific or will those from a Passat or ordinary Golf fit?

The front mud flaps are the same as the MKV golf:

The rear are specific to the Golf Plus:
Pt# 5M0075101
