Hi Justin,
I have an EBay copy which reads the fault codes, but I don't have authorisation to change service reports or such, I would need a license for that.
You are welcome to give it a try, I'm no expert with it, bought it to look into our daughter's Octavia engine problems, which I fixed by watching some videos instead.
