I've loaded up a 8Gb SDHc card with around 60 albums or so and whilst most are Ok some have tracks that won't play and the system skips to the next track9(s). I suppose I can just try deleting them and reloading but wondered if anyone else had this problem?

Re: SDHC Cards working!
Actually scrap that, I've just realised that the tracks don't work are nearly all mp4s rather than mp3s. Very odd especially as some work but others don't. I'll try converting them to mp3 and will let you know how I get on.

Have you got the Concert radio in your S-line?

If so, what does your manual say about SDHC compatability, maximum capacity and number of files limit?

I'm trying to find out the current specifications so that I can buy and prepare an appropriate SD card ahead of delivery.

Many thanks

The concert operating manual states that the max playlist is 119 with no more than 1000 entries per playlist whilst supporting cards up to 32Gb

If it turns out that it is MP3s (rather than MP4s or WMA files) that are not playing correctly -- you could also try formatting the card using the Panasonic SD Card formatter (google panasonic sd formatter).

I have used this method and have no problems at all with my 8GB SDHC card.

Whats really confusing is that some tracks are Ok but some are not and these are on the same album ripped from CD onto iTunes. I played the SD card contents on a differnt laptop and they all played perfectly...... also downloaded stuff via iTunes are all perfect??

You could try reformatting the card using the Panasonic SD card formatter at the following link and then recopying the files back to the SD and see whether that works for you:

Hi, reference problem with sd Card audio you are limited to card size as mentioned above, also check how the mp3 was converted if I remember correctly it has to be "FAT16" on your pc, the problem would be that must pc's default to a higher setting. Hope this helps.
