Engine management problem.

Hi.
anyone got any idea's

Engine can be set at any revs when doing over 15mph (coasting in neutral) when coasting under 15 mph car behaves
Rev's stay whereever you set them until clutch pedal pressed disengaging switch (over 15mph)
Throttle position 100% with pedal pressed 2 thirds.

Vag com interegated until Im dreaming of it in my sleep.
Cannot calibrate accelorator error no comunication when using measuring blocks(DBW controller on pedal assembley)

Maf changed curred limp mode but this problems baffling everyone.

Disconnected all tdc's to comunicate wiith them. diagnostic run no faults, but then thats not unusual with vag com?

hoping its not ecu but cant think what else to check
