Adding extra options to Passat CC

Hello!

I am about to buy a used Passat CC, the car has some extra options like Premium paket and Park assist but I want to add some more options to it so I am wondering if it is possible to add to the car any of these options through Volkswagen?

1) Lane assist.
2) ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control)
3) Keyless?

All possible, VW wont do any of them though. They will cost a FORTUNE to fit, you'd be better off finding a car with them fitted already if you want those options.
