Most of those listed are netbooks, ideal for surfing and emailing, etc. However they are small and have limited upgradability (if that's a word ;)).

If they're the only three requirements I'd look for whatever PC World have as a special offer from Acer in that colour, or go for one of the Dell Inspirons (Dell run hot and cold with support, but hopefully you'll never need them).
