Manchester Based Independant Wanted

Hi folks,

My mate drives a golf v (1.6 fsi) and it's due its third service according to the computer (22k miles, longlife as well!!! although it is 3 yrs old)

Any way, he's been quoted 221 quid for a "full" service from smith knight and fay, (Hyde). and just wondered if this was about right. AND...

If anybody knows of a good Independant garage in manchester. (preferably, stockport, hyde, or staly vegas areas)

cheers mate... I've been to diggle before on one of them beer walks. (whit friday i think) never seen anything like it....

The whole place just goes on the lash all day, walking from pub to pub, and then back again. Top day out...
