Removal of ACC fascia panel

Can you help? I need to fit a Dashmount bracket. The little instruction i have tells me to remove the ACC fascia panel first, but how does it come out?
I have a A4 saloon.

Look at the underside of the controls and there are two holes.
Use a small hook type pick and pull towards you, this will pull the heater controls out of the cage.

Anyone else noticed that the Heater controls are a different colour to the surroundig Stereo controls? Stereos is dark grey and heater controls are black, so obvious when the sun shines on it
