Cruise control
My friends how you all doing …..
Who in this forum is a specialist in cruisers, maybe can help me. Friend of mine owns a 2001 Seat Leon 110 bhp, his cruise control is not working at all has any one experienced such problem before with cruiser. Cruise control fails to switch on at all. He blames it on his girlfriend and she on him , and it goes on ... Any help is appreciated

Could be a failed brake or clutch switch.

get a fault code read, or if it's brake lights, easy stand behind car when someone presses brakes. Seemples. :D

apparently break light comes on when break pedal is pressed.... does this mean that break switch is healthy?

Try bridging the contacts on the clutch switch.

pull the connector off the switch, bridge the connector, making the car think the switch is working then try to use your CC....
