Alternator Clutch

Hi All

Anyone know what i should be paying to have the clutch assy replaced on the end of the alternator 53 Reg 130 pd

Noises sounding like slipping fan belt that were only present when the air con is on are now coming without air con on and a few people have suggested the one way clutch on the end of the alternator is a common problem

Ps... i heard the garage has the tool to take it off without removing the alternator ;)

is the belt squeeking when its wet or has that affected it in anyway?

Belts nice and dry

All belts replaced when should be with full service history

I was charged about £95 last year on my mk4 Golf 150 tdi
