Removing rear bumper.

I'm having a lot of trouble with this, unfortunately.

Can someone do a quick write up as to how I can get this sucker off?

I think when i took mine off, there were 4 bolts in the boot, under the carpet, and some inside the arches,
You need to really prise it off the runners to free it. Pull down hard at the tip where it meets the wheel arch.
I post the link i used if i can find it...
