I got 64mpg on the run to work this morning, well I did fill up right at the motorway junction and reset the trip. on my normal trip I get 55mpg but if I drive like my Gran I can get 60mpg. Getting a tank mpg of 47 so well happy.
:biglaugh:
Thats good!
I always get neurotic about fuel consumption when I get a new car.
This time I've signed up to two tracking sites. :o

and

I generally get bored with it after a couple of months. :D

Not fitted yet. It's booked in on the 30th. Thats the first I could get a courtesy car! :rolleyes:
Bluetooth is ordered and should be here tomorrow, might get to fit it at the weekend. Coding might be a prob tho as my mate with the VAGCOM is away.
Just did my first full fill up and entered the details into Fuelly and Spiritmonitor.
14.6MPG!!!!:eek::D
The calculation must have gotten screwed up because I never did a full fill up first, it thinks I only got 195 miles from 60 litres. :D
OBC is saying 43MPG average, and we know how optimistic they are. :rolleyes:
I have been doing a lot of scooting about at any given oppourtunity I must admit. :o

Bloody Hell my old Celica GT got better than that, well most of the time anyway.
Steve
My saloon used to last me from Mon to the following Thursday (9 weekdays at around 630 miles + about 70 miles weekend and evenings) so I'll use that as an indication.
The saloon also improved from new over time.

Mine always does better when there is more than 1/2 full, but then I was always taught to treat 1/4 as empty.
