Fiber Optic wire Repairs?

Does anyone know where I can get a new plastic end connection put onto the existing fiber optic wire that connects to the DVD sat nav unit on my 2006 A6 Avant?
The wire has been cut so need to get a new end connector fitted so it can be re inserted into the double socket.

I have contacted two local Audi dealers (Bolton & Blackburn) but although they know how to do it, they haven't got the tool to crimp the plastic end on to the fiber optic wire.

I can actually post the wire if someone knows who can do this service.
