Automatic stalling

Have my first problem with my car, when the engine is cold and I go to pull away it stalls, very unusual for an automatic I think!?

Is it as simple as asking the dealer to increase the idling rev speed?

I drive a 2.0TDI 143 S Line automatic.

Something is wrong, had mine since June no problems at all. Get it checked, it really is a superb box.

Had my car in the garage 'we have been unable to simulate a cold start in the time we have had your car', go away and if the problem persists come back.

They suggested waiting for the engine coil to heat up before starting the car, I cannot even see the light saying it is warming up, will have to look in the manual.
