View Full Version : Please Help 1999 Octavia cutting out

Hi,

Can you help? My '99 Octavia keeps cutting out when idling at traffic lights, revs for a little while then just cuts out. My mechanic has replaced the throttle body so it's not that. It's a petrol 1.4. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!:confused:

My mechanic has sorted this for me. It was the ignition timing. All fixed now and I'm delighted to have it sorted. :D :biglaugh:
