Hi, I have a 170 bhp TDi 2007 Passat estate which has had a number of electrical gremlins. It is only just 2 years old and the radio has packed up for the second time! :zx11: It was replaced under warranty just over a year ago and has now done the same thing - ie: just won't switch on. The car is now out of warranty as has done 72,000 miles and they want to charge me £852 for a new one! Is this a common fault does anyone know? Are there cheaper alternatives to replacing the radio? thanks!
