:1zhelp: Hi there last night my engine cut out totally on motorway without warning, lost all dashboard lights and power. it started again with first turn of the key but only got 200 yards and it cut out again. There was no engine management warning light, temp gauge displayed normal however rescue recovery guy said the engine was very hot considering it had been turned off for half hour before he came. He checked fuses, battery, earth etc. The car has went a small journey this morning without any issues does anyone have any ideas? thanks
