130 tdi PD cruis control

I have a 2002 130 pd tdi and would like to retro fit cruise cotrol, is this possable, and has anyone ever done it. If so, does anyone have intructions for it?

Hi I also am looking to retro fit the cruise control to my 2001 130 pdi Passat. It appears you need the the stork and a small wiring loom then you need to get somebody with the capabilitys to turn on the facility in the computer (sure there is a better name for it)

I had cruise fitted to a 1.8T Seat Leon, this took the dealer 2 hours to do, change stalk, connect a wiring harness, and use there diagnostic machine to turn on the facility.

VAG-COM will do this as well :)

Do you mind me asking how much your Seat dealer charge all in for the job? Please say no if you would rather not divulge this info.

No problem... I think it was around £175.00 plus vat

The ecu needs to be able to accept the stalk and loom as some vw group ecus will not accept the fit.:D
