Help!!!

:1zhelp: Can anyone tell me what the warning lights mean in the centre of an A3 turbo dash??:confused: Just driven the car back from bristol to portsmouth and the car started beeping at me!! big red flashing brake symbol and also at the top part of the dash a yellow symbol that I cant read as the display doesnt read correctly:zx11: . Can anyone help??
