Oil pressure???????????

Hi all my Oil pressure is reading off the gauge! the engine sounds fine its not using any oil at all. the oil light keeps coming on, but not staying on i dunno what to do please help??????:zx11:

if you have an oil pressure guage then its probably the canister sensor

Can anyone tell me where to find this as i seem to have the same problem !

On the passenger' side of the engine, below the radiator top hose connection. You should see the canister and the high and low oil pressure switches. If the gauge is reading high and you're getting a dashboard warning, then i doubt both the high pressure switch and gauge sender are faulty - you may have a problem such as a blocked oil channel.

No dashboard warnings just the gauge going off the scale.

Ah - sorry. I thought you meant that when you said that the oil light keeps coming on briefly. Did you find the sender?
