Tomorrow is D-Day............... I get to collect my new A4 Avant.

Will it be the right one?
Will it have the right options?
Will it have chrome tips??

Will it even be there?!?!?!?!??!

Who knows, but you can bet I'll be checking it very carefully after all of the ****-ups reported on here!!

All wonderful, only driven it home from the works so far, but I love it already!!

The factory fit towbar is a work of art (just for scotty!) and I'll post some pics on here in the next few days of how it looks/fits etc. Needless to say, with the bar removed (takes 3 seconds!) you can't tell it has a towbar on!!

2) Socket swung down to show the hole for the bar to slot into
3) Bar in place, lockable with key (still showm sellotaped to the bar!!)

Cheers for the pics. I don't have a tow ball fetish or anything I was just interested how they do it.

My dealer confirmed I have the tow bar preparation so should I need to it's only expensive rathet than REALLY expensive.

Thanks to the info on here, I now have the Transcend 4GB SD card (2 for £28 delivered!) and full of music!

Now done about 600 miles in and it just keeps getting better.

No rattles, nothing wrong, al works perfectly............ infact, I can't find anything I don't like!!!

I adore this car! :biglaugh:

Its such a huge jump up for me from my old Vectra SRi........I now understand German Quality............

Many thanks to all on here who helped with pictures to help me choose the colour, all the info on towbars and SD cards..........

So far, mpg at a steady 47mpg.......... but I guess that will improve a bit as it runs in, no oil loss yet, still showing max on the computer.
