problem with audi concert cd player

can anyone help, i removed the cd player so i could fit a new hazard flashing unit and when i moved the stereo out a centimetre the stereo went off and wont come back on, have checked fuses in car and fuse on the back of radio, any other suggestions would be much appreciated

Presumably you have checked that the black ISO power connector is plugged in snugly? It needs to be pushed right in so that the locking tab engages. Also there are 2 fuses in the fusebox as well as the one on the back of the HU, one for the perm live and one for the switched ignition on live (Radio and Radio S-kont) ensure both are OK.

thanks for the reply, yea have checked all them and seemed ok, gave the radio to local repair shop as i had ran out of ideas, hopefully get it back on monday, he thinks i might have shorted something inside, fingers crossed anyway.
