:1zhelp: The full beams on my 2007 4X4 TDi do not adjust down with the dipped beams and therefore shine above the road and into the trees when I have a full tank of fuel and/or a loaded boot (my reason for choosing this model).
I think that this is made worse because the dipped beams do not turn off (as is the norm on most cars) and therefore there is too much light in the foreground.
The car is still under warranty and I like it a lot.
My ideas:
If full beam cannot be adjusted then change front springs for lighter engine or standard height versions.
Fit headlight relays to disconnect dipped beam when bright is on.
Does anyone have a cure or suggestion?
