Lumbar Support

Does anyone have experience/knowledge of repairing the lumbar support mechanism in the front seat?

Mine has broken and I wondered if anyone has been here before? I know that on some cars seat mechanisms are available separately but on others you have to get a whole new seat!!:1zhelp:
