revving golf 1.4 akl

Does anyone know why my 1.4 akl golf 2000 is revving at stand still, lossing power in normal driving and occasionally stalling. also the indicators are playing up at the same time.

get a diag test done but it could be the throttle body requires cleaning and resetting

I have had that all apart and cleaned, a little gunk but not to bad how do i reset the throttle body cheers.
