from the front end when turning right....could this be wheel bearings
cheers

Could quite easily be - according to what the noise sounds like. Wheel bearings on their way out are generally a low rumble.

noise is more like a squeak not a rumble:zx11:

Low brake pads would be my first guess. Or power steering - does it do it when stationary?

no gaz....just when turning right at low speeds

If it's easy to make the noise, you could lightly touch your brakes while doing a right hander to see if it stops or changes the noise - could be a brake wear indicator?
I'd take the wheel off and have a look if I were you.

Hi Everyone
this is my first post i had the same noise on my 1998 1.8t passat turned out to be a lower suspnsion arm squeaking
at first i manage to spray some spray grease into the ball joint which stopped it for a while and also let me know which ball joint it was noise came back so i change the arm noise now gone
