headlight adjustment for continental driving

Hi

I am going away next week and so I consulted the manual to check how to adjust the lights, it referred me to the dealer, so I rang them and they said they would ring back. I have given up after chasing them twice.

Can anyone help?

Does this have conventional headlights or HID? If the former, buy adaptors from Halfords and follow their instructions. If HID, I regret I have no idea

Thanks, but it is the new type HID. That's what I am struggling with I am afraid.
