Hi all,

Just bought my new car yesterday, an Audi A4 1.8T S Line 2004, as below.

The only mod im looking to do on it the moment, is add some chrome mirrors.

I've seen many on ebay, but not sure of the quality. can anyone recommend any mirrors, and how much should i look to pay for these.

Thnks in advance.

watched a set on ebay recently, genuine s4 ones. They went for £120 in the end. watch out for stick on covers they looked ok but dont cover what you see from the seat, so you see your original colour on inner mirror

i think im going to get the in.pro mirrors.

from what i have read on diff sites, seems to be best after market, non-audi, chrome mirrors.

Finally fitted my mirrors.
had a bit of mare with them got them... not entirely satifised with the result, looks ok but couldnt get the mirror aligned properly in the chrome housing :( think i may of messed up the alignment on the motor.

has anyone here tried a diy fit on the chrome mirrors, and can maybe suggest way to try and get mirrors aligned perfectly in centre

gave it a good clean too, looks real nice, although noticed there are quite a few swirls on the paintwork, whats the best way to remove them at home can anyone advise?

If you have scratches in your paint work, i'd recommend meguiars scratchX, it will sort out minor scratches/swirls. I only use meguiars and have been well impressed with the results, try there 'gold class' polishes etc they're awesome....

Hi Guys,

Sorry (blacksline...) to hi-jack the thread a little but just wondered if the Audi S3 and/or RS4 Chrome mirrors will straight fit onto an Audi A4 (2002) ?

Cheers
