Hello , I have a skoda 1.9 diesel felicia when the engine is warm it hesitates and judders between 1500 and 2000 rpm but picks straight up beyond that.

There is no smoke and no starting issues hot or cold. the problem at 1500 to 2000 rpm is almost non existant when first run but soon kicks in as it warms up.

I have checked all sensor connections , drained the fuel filter (clean) , checked the air filter (clean) . I suspected the injectors so i have put some wyns diesel injector cleaner in. please help as it is very annoying juddering along between 1500 to 2000 rpm. is wyns any good?

I have filled the tank with shell vpower diesel so it is not low fuel or old fuel. the car has done less than 50000 miles.

I have checked the connections on the load sensor but do not know what resistance to expect on a meter.

My hubbie suggested asking on here after reading all previous posts... any ideas?

Get the injector wiring harness changed. This is a common problem on this engine.

Thank you I will look into that , is this an involved/expensive solution?

Have a look on passat threads, search injector loom.
