driver side electric window

Hi All,

I have a problem with my driver side electric window. It is stuck in the up position.

When i press the switch to wind it down it does nothing (but I can hear a clicking noise so it's trying to do something).

I'm hoping its not a regulator...

Has anyone encountered this problem?

Does anyone have any tips on how to fix this?
