Audi A3 symphony II stereo

My Audi A3 symphony II stereo is not working.
When plugged into the car, the red light just stays on, does anyone know where i can get it repaired.
I tried to order another one, off a guy selling his old one but the bloody post office nicked it and have been waiting 2 months and it hasnt turned up.
I havent had any music in my car for 2 months now but i still have the old stereo with 6 CD's stuck inside it.
If i take it to audi, they will charge an arm and a Leg.

Best bet with that type of fault is to return the unit to us and ask us to provide an estimate. Price would be a total guess without examining it first.
