hi, im new, just got an A6 avant, its the c4 (1996) 2.6 v6... nice car and im a big audi fan as i just sold my A8.
my questions are a bit varied. the climate control keeps playing up, sometimes i cant even adjust any of it, it never blows warm and as far as i can tell the screen defroster never blows at all, im kinda hoping i can just change the unit in the dash rather than anything difficult.. is that wishful thinking?
i want coilovers but all im finding is sets for the newer models or sets for the C4 at about £1000!!! anyone know anywhere i can find them at a better price? i need to slam this estate.
the ignition key is kinda sticky, i have to turn it back after starting the car or it will stick on, this also means half of the electrics dont work if i dont turn it back to the right point, ive wd40'd it but no avail, any ideas?
