How do you remove ... ?

yes I know I need to find myself a Haynes manual but ...

Is the big plastic piece across the back of the engine bay, that the wiper screws into, easily removed for access?

I would normally jump in head first and undo everything but as you kind folks are out there I'm being a good boy and asking first !! :1zhelp:

i don't know what you are removing but i bought a manual on ebay for $9 us or so it shows a lot but its hard to find any item quickly in it hope this is useful
