a3 idle and i need help

have an a3 with idle problem. revs are running higher than they should. its in the audi garage and they havent any clues at the moment. anyone experienced this and can help me PLEASE

is that northampton audi?
they should be able to sort!
but check for air leaks clean and reset throttle valve for starters

Yes, you may have a pipe off or something.
