golf plus dash air vents

Does any one know how to remove the dash airvents , its that those stupid air fresheners that clip onto the vent has knock the little back bit of the vent , its has done it to 2 vents , Do not put the clip on smellies onto the Golf Plus dashboard air vents :1zhelp::beerchug:
