Hello,

Not sure if posting in the correct section.

I would like to get my Blackberry Curve 8320 to link with the radio system for handsfree phone calls. The question is whether to go with the flow and fit a parrot carkit or whether a better solution is available..

What's thrown me is that the radio unit I have has a function 'bluetooth ON/OFF' in the menu system - I have failed to pair a Nokia or Blackberry and 1) wondered where I am going wrong 2) wondered whether this functionality should / could be utilized for my Blackberry.

Any input is gratefully received.

dont think this will work unless you have bouhgt the bluetooth pack

even then will only work with RSIM compatoble phones!

I just googled RSIM - is this something to do with multi function control steering wheel? Also found this listing for the Bluetooth mobile phone pack (black) ZGB 000 060 006 - £300.00.

So even adding the o.e.m pack / kit I still wont get my mobile working?

No wonder people buy parrots, huh.

...I'm holding off from doing just that (I got a feeling that someone somehwere has a better solution other than VW OEM kit & steering wheel and compatible phgone!).
