Hi

The red battery light stays on the dash and the battery starts to drain!

Is this the simple case that the alternator is nackered or could the battery need replacing? If it was a duff battery, would the battery light stay on the dash?

our alternator went about a year ago, and the battery meter just went from the middle, gradually down towards zero. What does your battery meter do?
