i have an early 2002 a4 saloon with concert cd/radio and was wondering...
a)...can an auxilary input be bought for this head unit and routed somewhere at the front of the car (glovebox?) for an mp3 player to plug into?
b)...if so, where can i buy one. it would have to be a 3.5mm input socket

and lastly...c)...can they be easily fitted?

many thanks in anticipation.

The answer is yes. I purchased one from this company https://www.connects2.com

It allows any mp3 player to be connected using the 3.5mm headphone socket. Please note that it cannot be used in tandem with a CD changer

Easy to fit, have just removed mine as I've upgraded to an iPod and swapped it for a genuine Audi model as I wanted the extra functionality it provided.

So I have the old one for sale if you're interested...........
