R 1998, Seems as though it could be an allen key?

just undo 2 allen key bolts that hold caliper think its 6 or 7mm make sure not to round off bolts.Use decent allen key.

Then pull out the bolts, push piston back a little, then caliper will come out together with pads.

When putting back together becarefull when putting bolts back in not to cross thread them.

do you need to remove both bolts?
can it not hinge up with only one removed?

No, both have to come out on that type (FS3) caliper.

hi matey, iv just spent a while taking mine off tonight, the right tool for the job is a hex key, t45 is the size your after;) comes out lovley!

just make sure you get the bottom clip in right in the piston pad, seems it doesnt wanna go, i clipped it on from the bottom then the sides, worked well for me
