New Tiguan purchase

After waiting to see the new Golf plus come out and being very disappointed with it I am considering buying a new Volkswagen Tiguan 2.0 TDi SE 5dr Auto I just wonder if anyone has any opinions on the Automatic diesel Tiguan and how many miles are people getting on there tyres and what to expect in the way of MPG and what extras you feel you would not want to be without
