2007 A3 2.0 TFSI firing on 3 when cold

Hi. My A3 2.0 tfsi quattro is only firing on 3 cylinders (it seems) when I start in the morning. There is also what sounds like a belt squeal, again only heard when dead cold. Can anyone give me some advice please.

Fault code read for the misfire, belt squeal could indicate the battery is on its way out from excessive alternator load.
