Hello all,

Car delivered at 11am today, few pics attached (http://www.flickr.com/photos/39773059@N05/sets/72157620464075520/).
Build week 23.
First impressions are great, really like the Meteor Grey, 3.0TDI very smooth and quiet, ride is firm but compliant, need to read the manual for all the goodies but been driving for a while :D
3G MMI is a breeze to use, display is very sharp, ipod integration seamless and iphone works a charm with Bluetooth.
Will post more pictures when I have some time, let me know if any special request

hmmm. Nice.I would have gone for this if available when I purchased my A4 3.00tdi auto. It is SE exec spec so I got the ground clearance I need (and a decent ride!) when going down farm tracks to the river beats where I fish ! Interested to see no sport button on the auto? I like this part of the auto down country roads as really makes the car a joy to push hard

Thanks guys.
@robtt09 Think the sport mode for the S Tronic is set with the Dynamic button above AC dials along with the steering or via MMI

This is the first all road I have seen.

What's its angle?
Is it supposed to be a sporty looking SE that can go off road?

allroad is for people who want to look off road without the SUV label.

I drove a 2.0T allroad on test drive last week. It was very nice. I was looking at ordering one but I keep finding myself ordering S3's

Thanks all for the kind comments.
RickT: thanks for sorting out the pictures, somehow I had missed the attachmnet icon ;)
Meteor Grey is really nice, I was torn between Lava Grey and Meteor Grey, I am glad I went for this and hopefully it won't be too painful to keep clean.
Also I would highly recommend the Valcona leather, it really is MUCH smoother than the Milano one. Then again it is worth nothing more when you wnat to sell it but it certainly makes the interior a bit more special.

Lastly I had test driven a 3.0TDI and I am really happy how smooth the engine is, then again even driving gently I seem to be doing 30mpg...
