DIS Fitting

i have finally decided i want the DIS system onb my B6 but dont think i will be able to do it as more than likely i dont have the necessary tools and have not got vagcom. IS there anybody out there (pref herts/bedds/bucks area) who could do this for me, obviously would reimburse you for time.
