Clutch problem

Hello all.

I bought an 09 CC 2.0Tdi in March. Love the car, but not loving a clutch problem. The dealer has told me twice that there is no problem but its making strange whirring noise when pushing down/releasing clutch pedal when car not in gear and creates a very sharp bite when changing gear.

At low speed/manoeuvering it has stalled several times. I have had 3 previous new VWs and never had this problem.:1zhelp:

Does anyone have any thoughts on next step?

Might be worth seeing if you can try another identical spec car out so you can compare like for like. If you're still not happy perhaps an independant inspection would be advisable. Either way, I'd e-mail your dealer now so at least you have proof of your concerns, so if at a later date there does appear to be an issue they can't turn around and say you didn't tell them.
