I've got an RNS510 with Dynaudio speakers.
When I listen to tracks from the HDD the sound quality is excellent. Absolutely no complaints.
Now, I'm no audiophile, but, when I listen to the same track from my iPod using the MDI interface it's of a noticeably worse quality. Not massively worse, but noticeably. Especially if I switch between hearing the same track on the iPod and the HDD.
The sound files all come from the same source files (my iTunes directory).
Has anyone else noticed this, or is it just me?
